FACS – Annual Accountability Survey and your feedback

FACS-funded service providers will soon receive a short survey about annual accountability 2017–18. The survey will be sent to the nominated corporate-level and contract-level contacts in each funded service provider organisation.

Annual accountability is a mandatory process that ensures funded service providers are accountable for the funding they receive and the services they are contracted to deliver on behalf of the NSW Government.

The aim of the survey is to evaluate useability of materials and satisfaction with the process, its associated training and support.

The survey outcomes will contribute to how the process is managed this year, and feedback from staff who undertook the process will contribute to future refinement. The survey closes COB Thursday 18 April 2019. You can complete the survey here
