South West Sydney Domestic Violence Committee (SWSDVC) invites you to The Domestic Violence Conference “Research to Action”
Every year the South West Sydney Domestic Violence Committee (SWSDVC) organises a conference as part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.
The SWSDVC Committee are pleased to announce the date of the Domestic Violence Conference “Research to Action”. The conference will take place on Wednesday 27th November 2019 at the Fairfield RSL.
The overarching purpose of the conference is to highlight the issues of gender-based violence including domestic violence with the aim of equipping frontline service providers with the best approaches of supporting community members affected by these issues.
SWSDVC aims to have influential and inspiring speakers to deliver interactive presentations and workshops which will be beneficial for community workers in their everyday practice.
