Launch of our 2025-30 Strategic Plan

We’re excited to share our new 2025–30 Strategic Plan, building on the achievements of our 2021–24 strategy and setting a bold vision for the next five years.

This plan reflects our commitment to working with members and victim-survivors to drive meaningful change in domestic and family violence responses across NSW.

Over the next five years, we will strengthen sector capacity, support organisations to deliver consistent, high-quality services, and embed prevention and best practice across the system. We will also amplify the voices of our members, advocate for transformative, victim-survivor centred reforms, and lead public and political conversations to keep domestic and family violence firmly on the agenda.

Internally, we will invest in smarter systems, leadership, and governance to ensure we’re a future-ready peak body.

This strategy is more than a plan – it’s a shared commitment to a safer, fairer future, shaped by lived experience, evidence, and the voices of those on the frontline.
